Full statement of Case: Prof. Frimpong Boateng & 2Ors v. NPP & 4Ors

On 26th January, 2026, Prof. Frimpong Boateng & two others, distinguished senior citizens, caused a Writ to issue in the Supreme Court for the court to essentially adjudge and declare that every registered member in good standing of a political party is entitled to vote in the party’s internal election.
