
The International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICC YAAF) will hold an event titled “The 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules in Practice” on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel, Accra.
The event will bring together arbitration practitioners, representatives of ICC Dispute Resolution Services, in-house counsel and students for a focused discussion of the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules and their practical implications for international arbitration.
Designed with the next generation of arbitration practitioners in mind, the session will explore selected developments under the revised Rules, the thinking behind them and their implications for the conduct of proceedings. Participants will gain practical insights into the revised framework and key procedural considerations when working on ICC arbitration cases.
