On 30th July 2024, the Court of Appeal coram Ackah Boafo and Bright Mensah JJA , acquitted and discharged Richard Jakpa and the Member of Parliament for Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam constituency, Hon. Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson.
