Accomplice to Professor Emmanuel Yaw Benneh Murder Sentenced

Professor Emmanuel Yaw Benneh, a former law lecturer at the University of Ghana was murdered in September 2020 at his residence. The prime suspect, James Nana Womba, confessed to the crime. Mr Womba, while in police custody,passed on. Before his death, he identified as his accomplice in the murder, Ebenezer Kwayisi.

Kwayisi, pled guilty to abetment to manslaughter and has been sentenced to 30 years imprisonment.
