Book Launch, Evolving Issues In Civil Procedure And Litigation

An exciting chapter in legal scholarship is set to unfold at 1430hrs GMT on Tuesday, July 9, 2024: his Lordship Justice Osei Tutu would launch his latest book titled “Contemporary Evolving Issues in Civil Procedure and Litigation”. The event would be held at the Law Court complex Auditorium, John Evans Atta Mills High Street, Accra.

The eminent Kwame Gyan Esq. will chair the event. 233legal is aware that some senior members of the Bar have reviewed the book. In particular Chief Justice, Her Ladyship, Gertrude Torkornoo penned the foreword.

The author Justice Osei Tutu, is a well-respected Justice of the Superior Court of Ghana. His previous Book, titled “Essentials Themes in Land law and Customary law”, is widely read and considered in the legal fraternity as a reliable source of contemporary land and customary law.
