First off, it’s not what you are thinking. So, apologies for the disappointment.

Truth be told Lawyers, Judges, and law students alike are known to be always be on the run.

From morning till evening, they are occupied with meetings/conferences, court sessions, deadlines, etc. as such they hardly make time to refuel the body; an essential for a healthy outlook.

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day and surely not one to be missed, a good breakfast sets you in motion for the day’s activities after that unintentional fast overnight.

In fact, breakfast helps to prevent episodes of low blood sugar and stomach ulcers and the good news is that it does not have to be a whole banquet, nor does it have to cost a fortune. Just something to fill you up, fast, short, filling, just like a quickie.

We sampled these breakfast meal options to just start your day.

Smoothies (vegetable or fruit)

Omelette (fully loaded)

Cereal
